Here we are... at the end of all things...
Will this be the final update? Perhaps! At least for a little while. All packages that can be shipped out have been shipped out. Including the art prints for those of you that backed at the Necromancer level.

Some Cool Kickstarter Projects!
Here are a couple of projects I think are neat!
Here's a 0-level funnel for Dungeon Crawl Classics (authored by one you backers no less!) In the adventure, darkness and mayhem await the village rejects sent to learn the sorcerer's fate. (Sound right up my alley!) Don't sleep on this one as it's ending real soon!
This is an adventure collection for Mausritter inspired by folklore and fairy-tales. I haven't played Mauritter yet (though I've heard good things), but it looks pretty cute and the layout is nice.
Parting Ways
Before I go, I wanna give you all another hearty thanks. Thanks for supporting my project, thanks for helping me meet those stretch goals, and thanks for the patience in its total completion. I hope you are all satisfied with the final products and I personally can't wait to do it all over again.

Glorious day! Hooray, hoorah! The shipments have been sent and the disciples have been chosen! Now is the time! Spread the word cultists! Show the world the power of the flesh and of flame as crimson as blood!
It's over... Well almost... We'll have to wait and see if all the packages make it to the destinations safe and sound (most have, though there is still one that seems to be trapped in some sort of infernal loop in the Nexus Between!)
That said if you don't receive a package the issues could be:
You never filled out your survey! (tsk, tsk...)
You didn't pay for shipping. (For shame...)
You're address is acting strange and I have send you an email and a message via Kickstarter and you haven't replied. (Check your messages silly!)
The package is trapped in a loop and was eaten by gnolls. (In which case, please contact me via KS message or at owlknightpublishing AT gmail DOT com)

As you'll have know doubt noticed Owl Knight is not running a campaign this year, but here are some campaigns I think you should look into.
Dungeon Cats!
This one hasn't begun yet, but my friend Tiger Wizard (who illustrated some piece in both books) has a little RPG coming out where you play as CATS! Now who doesn't want to do that!
Pilgrims of the Goblin Road
The sequel to Champions of the Goblin Market (which I had the pleasure to lay out and which I will be doing for this one) if halfway to it's goal and needs a boost! Both adventures are inspired by some old poems (which are featured in the back of each module). Go give it some love!
Gary Con
There's about 50/50 chance I'll be making it Gary Con this year. With the writers/actors strike and the lack of film work my coffers have dried and I may have to (and I shutter to think of it) do the responsible thing and stay at home... That said I have a few games of Sky and Blights you can find through GaryCon's site.Just know that if you sign up for one of my games there's a chance I might have to cancel it.
What's Next for the ol' Owl Knight?
Well I've got more than a few irons in the fire, some are adventures I might write in an official capacity through Goodman Games, others are games that have nothing to do with Dungeon Crawl Classics and then there's the shadow that looms over all my creative endeavors begging me to finish it...
You see, I did a foolish thing when I first wrote Sky ov Crimson Flame in 2017. I touted, "To be concluded in... Seekers ov the Other Worlds." It is now 2024 and as you no doubt have realized by now, it has not concluded.
As I type this I am staring at the cover art (wonderfully painted by Stefan Poag) I commissioned a couple years back when I thought I was close to being finished only to discover I was not close... Seekers is a BIG BOY! The rough draft currently sits at around 100k+ words!
It is a multiverse spanning adventure for 3rd level characters who must venture to each of the 5 Other Worlds the necromancer Balrothhariid visited. Along the way they must use the blade Atma-khanjr found in Sky ov Crimson Flame to siphon each sliver of his soul, but each time this happens the blade grows and there's a chance it become wholly sentient (and then bad things happen!)
So when will I be finished writing this you ask? Soon I hope! I have 4 out of 5 of the Other World adventure areas written (each one is about a standard adventure module in length) and once they are all complete I can begin playtesting!
I tease you now with some lines from the opening:
You arrive at yet another nameless village; merely a short reprieve before carrying on. The local tavern is already a place of merriment with gathered patrons partaking deeply from barrels of ale. Settling down with a frothy mug your mind eases and your thoughts soon to drift. How long have you been wandering? You are haunted by this feeling of unease as if you’re on the cusp of a gathering storm. Seeking relief only in the killing of forest fiends and the gleam of hoarded treasures. What is it that gnaws at your heels and drives your weary soul onward?
Thunder rumbles overhead as if in answer to your thoughts and you swear therein lies the faintest hint of laughter. You soon realize how quiet it’s become and looking around find yourselves seated in a room completely surrounded by bright red curtains that stretch down from an infinite high and gently sway without wind.

Shipping Has Commenced!

Well, technically it commenced several days ago as some of you have noted in the comments. But everything is going smoothly and (fingers crossed) without an incidents or delays (though Murphy's Law will probably say otherwise...) In any case, be on the look out for a package in the mail!
Master Liam is on quality control!
Signed copies are heading out the door soon!
Now as an extra thank you to those backers that purchased the Dungeon-synth cassette (it is a silly thing after all), I am throwing in an extra little gift of variant head-bat monster cards! Each person will receive at least one with their order!
