The Crimson Die!

Happy Monday Everyone! Let's delve a little into this small addition to the adventures!

 The Crimson Die

The Crimson Die doesn't just look cool! It is also an optional little mechanic that can add a bit more havoc into the thoroughly chaos-soaked funnel Sky ov Crimson Flame!

Whenever a 0-level character dies the player may opt to spend 1 point of Luck from one of their remaining characters to roll the Crimson Die for the chance that the player character gains a boon! But buyer beware! For those that tempt Fate in the presence of a phlogistion disturbance such as the falling crimson star may bite off more than they can chew!

Depending on the symbol the outcome will be good or bad.

•  1 / Chaos Sigil - The dead PC rises possessed by crimson flames that burn through their eye sockets; surprising the die roller’s character and gaining a free attack!
•  2 / Crossed Daggers - PC loses -1d2 Luck points.
•  3 / Dagger - 1d3+2 Headbats appear!
•  4 / Sword - A ghostly knight in the tattered cloth bearing the stag crest of King Roulreed shimmers into being. They will aid the characters until sent back beyond the veil!
•  5 / Crossed Swords - +1 to base attack rolls or AC (player’s choice).
•  6 / Iron Crown - +1 to any ability score, except Luck.

The Crimson Die can also be used by anyone wielding Atma-Khanjr, that vile dagger of flesh and bone, (as seen in the witch's hand on the cover) should they get their grubby mitts on it! Adding more gruesome blows or perhaps turning on the hand that wields it!

Don't forget that you can Add On the Dice Bag which comes with the 25mm Crimson Die and two 16mm Midnight dice!

The Pondering Has Ceased! - New Stretch Goals

Thanks for taking council with me!

I have gazed deeply in my orb and through the swirling phlogistion I have been shown the new order of stretch goals. You will note many are missing but I feel these are the priority as they all pertain to making the adventures more fun!

• The Poster Map is next! (Comes with all physical copies of the Blights book)
• Then the Bestiary! (All critters are fully illustrated)
• Blights Die! (Added to the Dice Bag)
• Gatefold Cover (Obviously attached to the cover of the Blights book)
• Dungeon Synth (This is just too cool!)

Now is the Time to Ponder....

It appears that we have lost some people along the treacherous ledges! Valiant souls... they shan't be forgotten!

However, this puts us a step back from hitting our next stretch goal and so I am forced to ponder my orb...

 My thoughts are this! 

To adjust the stretch goals to hit these particular ones first (listed in no particular order):

• The Blights Die
• The Bestiary Illustrations
• The Poster Map
• The Gatefold Cover
• The Dungeon Synth Album

But what say you? Speak your thoughts in the comment section below and they will appear upon my orb.  Let us ponder this in council!
